McKenzie's Princess Party!!!

I can't believe it but McKenzie is two!! Here is a recap of all birthday festivities.
1st - We went to Pensacola for the weekend of March 18th and took some two year old beach photos. I will upload those on another day because the CD is in the other room and I am LAZY.
2nd - Jason's parents came the weekend of March 25th for part of thier Spring Break and to celebrate McKenzie's birthday. Saturday we celebrated with dinner at Olive Garden (the girl loves thier salad - but then again who doesn't?) and then she got her presents - a Lil Tykes lawn mower, picnic table and and elmo that does the hokey pokey. The Hokey Pokey is a thing with PawPaw because he's a VT fan.
3rd - Birthday Weekend! My parents, Ashley and Devan came up for the weekend and we had a Princess Party!!! All about the decorations will be in tomorrow's blog- its easier to separate. Kenzies friends from Ms. Staceys came as well as 3 princesses - Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Belle. We had lots of fun with bubbles and "put Cinderella in her castle". We ate yummy cake and McKenzie made out on presents! She got a lot of clothes and cute shoes. She also got a Mickey Mouse that does the Hot Dog Dance that she plays with a lot, a kitchen she loves, a princess 4 wheeler, and a Ariel and Castle to play with in the bathtub. Here are some pictures from the party!

The Party

5th- Tuesday was Kenzie's actuall birthday. I woke up with a stomach bug and felt yucky all day. We did manage to meet Jason for lunch at Chic Fil A though. McKenzie had a blast.

This week is Spring Break and we've gotten to hang out all week. We've been to the park and shopping. The pappy fairy has come and taken the pappys away. This weekend Papa is coming again from his fishing trip so McKenzie will be happy about that as well.

On a side note - McKenzie has taken the Ariel that came with the bath stuff EVERYWHERE! Also, she is a true NOLE beccause in the car yesterday she had it and moved its arm back and forth and said 'Go Noles!!!" and started doing the war chant. I'm so proud!!!!!

how fun! Girls love the princesses! I totally forgot until you posted this that you had asked me FOREVER ago about how I did the Ronald McDonald house thing! Im such a jerk! I totally forgot to write you back. Anyway, I just put a little piece of paper in with the invites that had the most needed items on it and I got that info from calling the RMH in Pcola and asking. I said something like, "Since Kennedy is already so blessed let's help the families that will be in and out of the RMH this year." something like that...

anyway, thanks for the name advice. Its not really a big deal I suppose, its just a middle name =) We will figure it out eventually. I love that you decided while you were being wheeled in! ha!
