McKenzie Ann is One!!!

McKenzie is one!!! There are a TON of pictures in the blog so be prepared. I don't even have pictures from her actual party and Easter on here. Momma took most of those so you have the few things I took.

We'll start off with Kenzie's party. She had a Minnie Mouse party and loved every minute. She got a lot of great clothes and toys. She is very loved. OK so I am a total teacher .. I took one of the smaller mickey mouse cut outs and projected it on the wall to trace out the bigger one

So the next day was Easter Sunday. This is McKenzie's 2nd Easter but the 1st "real" Easter for her. Last year she was one week old and we didn't do anyhting. This year the Easter Bunny visited and brought lots of books and "hid" some egss. McKenzie was more interested in walking with one egg in each hand than picking them up and putting them in her basket.

Monday was McKenzie's actual birthday. She woke up and played in the bed with Mommy and Daddy. Then Daddy went to try and work but came home around 12. After McKenzie took a nap we went to Chic Fil A and the park. She wasn't a big fan of the park .. it was too hot. We came home and hung out the rest of the day.

Today we went for McKenzie's 12 month check up. She's great. She weighs 20lb 12oz and is 30.5 inches. She's in the 50th percentile for weight and 90th for height. I don't know where she gets that from. She has 7 teeth (3 top and 4 bottom) and a decent amount of hair. She drinks whole milk and eats table food. She decided Monday she doesn't like the bottle anymore except for the last one before bed. Kenzie walks now too! She started that almost 2 weeks ago. She's such a big girl and I love her so much!!
